What we collect, who it goes to, how long it stays
Effective 2026-09-06. RPN Voice is a service of Two Valley Studio, a Fairfield Kr8tive LLC brand.
Two different things are described below and they are not the same. This website collects nothing at all. The phone service collects what a caller says to it, because that is what answering a phone means.
1. This website
rpnvoice.com is a static page. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts, and has no form. There is nothing here to opt out of because there is nothing collecting. Our host records ordinary server logs, which we do not use to build any profile of you.
2. The phone service — what a call collects
When the agent answers a call on a client's line, it can capture the caller's name, the callback number, and a description of what the caller needs. Whether the call audio and transcript are kept at all is a setting chosen when that client's line is configured, and so is how long they are kept. Different clients make different choices; there is no single answer that is true of every line.
3. Callers are told before they speak
The greeting states that the caller is speaking to an automated assistant. Where recording is switched on for that line, the greeting says the call is recorded, before the caller has said anything. If a caller asks at any point whether they are talking to a person, the agent answers plainly that it is not.
4. Who it goes to
Running a phone line means other companies handle the call. Ours are:
- Twilio — carries the phone call itself.
- Retell AI — runs the conversational agent and, where recording is enabled for a line, stores that line's transcripts and audio under its retention setting.
- Vercel — hosts this page and the small service that receives call details.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. How long it is kept
Call details captured for a client belong to that client and are kept for as long as that client's configuration says. We are not going to print a number here, because it would be true of one line and false of another. If you are a client, the number that applies to you is the one set on your line at setup, and we will tell you what it is. If you were a caller, the business you called can tell you.
6. California
California treats a recorded call as needing everyone's agreement, which is why the disclosure is in the greeting rather than buried somewhere. If you are a California resident you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, and not be treated differently for asking. Write to the address in section 8.
This section describes what we do. It is not legal advice, and we do not claim to be certified or cleared by anyone — those are words for a licensed attorney, not a privacy page.
7. Children
RPN Voice is sold to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child's information reached us through a call, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Contact, and changes
Questions, access requests, and deletion requests: 1@derekfairfield.com. If this policy changes we will change the effective date at the top; we do not keep an archive of previous versions, so if a specific date matters to you, save a copy.
